All training sessions MUST be booked at least (24) hours in advance. Training sessions must be used within the calendar month of purchase

There are NO refunds of any kind. Once a training session or package has been purchased it is NON-REFUNDABLE

Training sessions can be re-scheduled twice before that session is completely cancelled. Once cancelled, you will have to schedule and provide payment for a new training session

A (15) minute grace period is allotted to all clients. Without prior notice, showing up to a scheduled training session (15) minutes after the start time of your session will result in a no show and your training session WILL NOT be performed and is NOT eligible for rescheduling. Once (2) no show training sessions have occurred, you will be banned from scheduling on the training calendar for (1) calendar month

If a session is needed to be cancelled less than (24) hours in advance there will be NO makeup training sessions of any kind unless due to an injury or sickness with proper documentation provided. After (2) late cancellations, you will be banned from scheduling on the training calendar for (1) calendar month

If a player is injured or becomes sick and cannot engage in scheduled training sessions, a (14) day courtesy extension will be given. Injuries involving surgery or sickness dealing with long term complications will be evaluated for the proper extension time.

Proof of medical documentation is required to be submitted for all injury and sickness types for an official extension to be given
